Returns and exchanges are accepted on most items. Some items are final sale or are eligible for store credit only, or have special conditions as described in the Product Page details.


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:


Items for return/exchange must be received by Haute Elegance within 21 days of the original shipment of your order. Please consider your shipping method when considering returns and exchanges.


All items for return/exchange must have all designer and Haute Elegance tags attached, be unworn, unwashed and/or unaltered.

Footwear returns must include the original box in its original condition without postage labels.


Haute Elegance is not liable for returns lost in transit; it is recommended that your return/exchange is insured and requires proof of delivery.


Refund versus Store Credit


A credit card refund (less original shipping charges*) will be issued for returns of merchandise purchased at full price without the use of discounts or promotion codes.

A store credit will be issued for returns of merchandise purchased (less original shipping charges) on sale or with the use of discounts or promotion codes. Store credits are valid for one year from the date of the original order.


If you received free shipping on your order, a fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the returned credit amount.


Your return/exchange will be processed within 7 business days of Haute Elegance receiving your returned merchandise. You will be provided with email notification when your credit card refund or your store credit has been issued. If you recieve a credit card refund, please allow the appropriate time for your banking institution to post your refund.
